Booking Policy: Your Appointment will require a Non refundable $20- $30 Deposit. The deposit will go towards your total. (My regular clients can avoid paying a deposit by pre-booking their appointments.) The remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. Or you can check out online with your card on file + $3fee. Late Policy: I have a strict 10 minute grace period. (For myself & you) In the event you are more than 10 minutes late I have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Being tardy throws off my entire schedule and pushes other clients behind. Please be considerate and be on time. After 15 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your total. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be Rescheduled or canceled 24 in advance for deposit to be transferred. I do not charge a cancellation fee however if you cancel less than 24 hours you forfeit your deposit. I understand that things happen and this is why I ask that you contact me as soon as you know you cannot make it to your appointment. If I have to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred. If I cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled time and you cant make it to the new appointment I will refund you your deposit. Things happen on my end as well. Standard Policy: All clients will be asked to purchase an aftercare kit this helps with your retention. Please do not show up to your appointment sick. Everyone's health is my top priority! If you show up to your appointment sick or you are showing any symptoms of being sick your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit. Extra guest can have a seat in reception area. But please communicate with me who you are bringing to your appointment. I understand if you do not have a baby sitter. After eight weeks (3-4 fills) you must book a removal and new lash set. Nail appointments: After 3 fills you will need to book a soak off and new nail set. If you are having any irritation or excessive loss of lashes you have 48 hours to contact me for a complementary fix.
